Ties are normal in a round robin — with 6 to 12 teams playing everyone once, two or three teams finishing level on wins is the rule, not the exception. What decides the event is the tie-breaker order you published before the first serve. Here is the order most organizers use, how to calculate each step, and how to handle the messy cases.
Apply these in sequence and stop at the first step that separates the tied teams:

Point differential is the workhorse tie-breaker because it uses every game a team played, not just the ones against the teams they are tied with.
All three teams finished 2-1, so wins cannot separate them. Point differential ranks them B, A, C. If B and A had also been level, total points scored (31 vs 30) would have done it.
Three-way ties are where organizers get into trouble, because head-to-head often points in a circle: A beat B, B beat C, C beat A. When that happens:
