A 6 team round robin runs 5 rounds with 3 matches per round and 15 matches in total — every team plays every other team exactly once. With an even number of teams nobody sits out, so all 3 matches run at once if you have the courts.

Round 2: Team 1 vs Team 5, Team 6 vs Team 4, Team 2 vs Team 3
Round 3: Team 1 vs Team 4, Team 5 vs Team 3, Team 6 vs Team 2
Round 4: Team 1 vs Team 3, Team 4 vs Team 2, Team 5 vs Team 6
Round 5: Team 1 vs Team 2, Team 3 vs Team 6, Team 4 vs Team 5
The circle method pairs the 6 entrants across two rows, then holds one fixed and rotates the rest one position per round. After 5 rotations every pairing has happened once, which is why the total is 15 matches (6 × 5 ÷ 2).
At about 15 minutes per game to 11 points, 5 rounds take roughly 75 minutes, provided all 3 matches of a round run at once. With half the courts, double the estimate.
